Mountain Mettle endurance rides are held in the center of Colorado’s Front Range, easily accessible by riders from Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico and Utah.
GREAT NEWS: We have, for 2012, confirmed rides on Friday and Saturday June 22 and June 23 for either a 30 mile, 50 mile, 75 mile or 100 mile rides from Sharptail to Indian Creek and return via different trails.
The June 22, 2012 distance riders have an opportunity to compete in either a 50 or 75 mile endurance ride or a shorter Limited Distance 30 mile ride. The June 23 riders have an opportunity to compete in either a 50 or 100 mile endurance ride or the shorter Limited Distance 30 mile ride. All skill levels of horse and rider teams, from novice to national and international competitors will find these rides to be challenging yet achievable.
The Mountain Mettle rides are the ultimate trail riding and horse camping experience with remote, well marked mountain trails. An experienced ride manager and seasoned endurance veterinarians enhance the events.
Register early since the rides are limited to 75 riders each day.
